Your body will be so grateful, you will feel it instantly! If you exercise at about the same time every morning, and wake-up at about the same time on a regular basis, your body’s endocrine system and circadian rhythms will adjust to that.
When you wake up at different times every day, it simply confuses your body and thus it’s never really prepared to get up and be awake for the remainder of the long day.
Also, because your metabolism and all the activity involved in regulating metabolism for example hormones (that regulate blood pressure, heart rate, blood flow to muscles, etc.) will begin to elevate while you’re sleeping, you will wake up already alert, energized, and ready to exercise!
