Female Fitness Models - Heather Bear

I had a goal to loose weight before my October 2003 wedding. I had been reading about Jen Hendershott in the magazines. I e-mailed her for a personal training session. She e-mailed me back & I trained with her for 2 days. I realized it’s hard to read something in a magazine and try to do it correctly. I had learned more from her, than I had in 5 years of reading magazines. I left motivated, with a new diet and training session in hand. On my wedding day, I was 35 pounds lighter than when I first met Jen.

Jen talked to me about hosting a Cincinnati Phat Camp, and co-hosting the Arnold Classic Fashion Show. By March of 2004 I had hosted those events & competed in 3 Figure competitions. I then began to take over coordinating all the Phat Camps. I was ready to compete in the Fall of 04. I got my diet and started training. I was 4 weeks out from my show and I quit loosing weight. I was 11 weeks pregnant. I gained 58 pounds during my pregnancy. I then made another goal to myself that I would compete in the Fall of 05 after having my baby girl. During my entire pregnancy I helped organize an Australian Phat Camp. On July 5th Jen gave me another diet and I'm now the smallest I've ever been. I have competed twice since having my baby and did very well.
