are aware of your fitness health it means that you know how fit
you are so that you can create a fitness program that will challenge
you, but will not cause permanent or even temporary damage to your
body. Your current fitness health will also determine how intense
your workouts can be right now, and will also help you set goals
for the future. You want your fitness health to improve over time,
and it will, as you are more active and more consistent with your
fitness program.
Keep Track of Your Fitness Health
Your fitness health is something that you should take
seriously because it gets harder and harder to maintain good health
and fitness as you get older. Knowing where you are at now will
help you determine where you want to be in three months, six months,
and even a year. If your fitness health limits you to moderately
paced walks now, perhaps you want to be running several miles a

Don't just rush into a new fitness schedule without taking some basic points into account, since very easy to make mistakes. Sometimes these are due to lack of proper training techniques or simply due to rushing to get the workout completed. Be sure to take note of the following common mistakes to prevent injuries.
1. Don't do too much, too soon and make sure you start with an exercise plan that takes your current fitness regimen into account.
2. Set goals that are realistic.

4. Select the correct size weights for strength training. Weights that are too heavy cause injury and those too light are ineffective.
5. Stay hydrated when you exercise. One litre (two pints) of water for every hour of exercise is a good rule.
6. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. Five or six smaller meals evenly spaced throughout the day is better than three large meals.
